Budget and Fees

Our consultants demand the highest of standards from candidates because we recognise that clients have personal and specific needs. If any client is dissatisfied with their candidate within the first 12 months, HazeltonClive will replace them at no extra cost – no questions asked. This also includes the candidate leaving the job, for any reason.

With the security staff that we recommend and by choosing to work with our agency, you only ever pay a success fee once the candidate you decided to hire has accepted your job offer. You never have to pay continual agency fees. This process is unlike some staffing agencies which require upfront fees and even further costs over time.

 

Permanent Placement Fees

You have three plans to choose from:

Premium Plan: 15.8% of the yearly gross salary / 12 months free replacement guarantee / Staff get COVID-19 tested before working with you / No registration fee (Success fee, only) / Extended International DBS checks provided / The minimum fee that we charge is £1,690

Standard Plan: 13.8% of the yearly gross salary / 6 months free replacement guarantee / No registration fee (Success fee, only) / Extended International DBS checks provided / You grant us exclusivity / The minimum fee that we charge is £1,490

Basic Plan: 12.8% of the yearly gross salary / No free replacement guarantee / No registration fee (Success fee, only) / Standard UK DBS Checks / You grant us exclusivity / The minimum fee that we charge is £990

We do not charge VAT (you get to save 20% of the recruitment fee).

 

Security Guards Salaries

Unlike other agencies, you get to negotiate the wage directly with the security guard.

When it comes to security, the pay range is very wide as it depends on the experience, level of risks and the nature of the job that has to be done. For example, close protection officers start at roughly £22,000 per year and for experienced advisors or high-risk personnel, it could go over £150,000 per year.

 

These numbers vary depending on the market conditions and the requirements that you might have. For example, if you need a travelling bodyguard with special training, you should increase your budget accordingly.
